The Bienvenue en Bretagne website (hereafter "the Site") is an e-commerce website that allows the sale of perfumes and cosmetic products to internet users or users browsing the Site. This Site is accessible via the Internet at www.bienvenueenbretagne.bzh

Any claim made by a Visitor against Bienvenue en Bretagne must be filed within 6 months of the occurrence of the event, subject of the claim.

5. General

5.1. Modifications

Bienvenue en Bretagne reserves the right to modify and update the Terms of Use without notice. To be informed of these possible modifications, Bienvenue en Bretagne advises the Visitor to regularly review the GCU. The use of the Site will be subject to the GCU in force at the time of use.

5.2. Entirety

In the event that one of the clauses of this GCU is null and void due to a change in legislation, regulation, or by a court decision, this shall not in any way affect the validity and compliance with the other clauses of the GCU.

5.3. Applicable Law

These GCU are subject to French law.

ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE EXISTENCE, INTERPRETATION, EXECUTION, OR TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED BETWEEN BIENVENUE EN BRETAGNE AND THE VISITOR, EVEN IN THE CASE OF MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS, WILL, IN THE ABSENCE OF AN AMICABLE AGREEMENT, BE THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF VANNES. THIS JURISDICTION APPLIES NOTWITHSTANDING MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS OR A WARRANTY CLAIM, EVEN FOR EMERGENCY PROCEDURES OR PROTECTIVE PROCEDURES IN SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS OR BY PETITION.
